Return Policy
We offer Return/ exchange within first 7 days from the date of your purchase.
Return Process:
If you wish to return a product, you must ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs will need to be borne by you. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and free of any Odor.

Once we receive your return parcel, it will undergo a thorough quality check. Panlekar footwear LLP reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet our quality standards that is unused, unwashed, and free of any Odor.
Refunds:
Return will be processed to your bank account. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
In case of any refunds approved by Panlekar footwear LLP , it will take 15 days for the refund to be credited to your account
Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty product, please contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 9322489419 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims for faulty items cannot be processed after this 24 -hour period.
Exchanges, Replacements and damaged products will be delivered within 5-7 days.
Care-related Damage:
If any damage occurs during standard wash and care (as per the instructions provided on our website) within 15 days of receiving your order, reach out to our support team via WhatsApp at +91 9322489419 for assistance.
Cancellations:
To cancel an order, please contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ link on our website.
Cancellations are only possible if the products have not yet been shipped.
Cancellation requests cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.
